1) How can I order?

 

  • Log in (if you are already registered) or register on the site in order to view all offers;
  • Click on the "add to cart" icon next to each product to add it to the cart;
  • If you want to add other products you can repeat the procedure by selecting a new category;
  • When you have finished your choices click on order to proceed;
  • Make sure you give us an address where someone is present during office hours.

2) How long does it take to get me?

 Your order will be shipped within the next business day upon receipt of your payment confirmation. Below you will find the times usually required for the various payment methods:

  • Postepay recharge: instant
  • Credit Card through the secure Paypal system: instant
  • Bank transfer: 3/5 working days
  • Cash on delivery: instant, we ship immediately and you will pay in cash when the courier delivers the goods. Normally we need one day to prepare your shipment and another (two days for the islands) for the courier to deliver the package to you.

Attention 98% of our deliveries arrive at their destination within 48 hours of receiving your payment, 2% suffer delays due to factors that do not depend on us but on the courier's logistics. If more than three days have passed, check the courier's website for the status of your shipment or write to us at info@sportmission.com and we will solve the problem.

 We always use an express courier for our shipments. We do not ship by post!

 3) How can I check the availability of a product?

 When you select a product, you can check its availability under its image which can be:

  • Available in stock
  • Available from the 
  • Not available at the moment

On all items where you see written "Available in stock" it means that the product is available in the store or in our warehouses.

On all items in which you see written "Available from the supplier'' it means that the product is not physically in the store so the shipment will be made directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. In the event that the order includes an item available in our warehouse and another item available at the supplier's warehouse, two different shipments will be made with different arrival times as the item available in our warehouses will normally depart within one day from when paying for the order.

 

It may happen that an order arrives late or is lost, don't worry, we offer maximum assistance and we guarantee you the utmost seriousness; if your order is lost by the courier you will be immediately refunded.

 

The articles where you see written "Not available at the moment" are finished, if you want to know if they will be available in the future, write or call us.

  

For various reasons it can happen that a product that is seen as available is no longer available. In this case it will be our pleasure to notify you as quickly as possible.

 

4) What if I don't like the product or the size is wrong?

 

No problem! If for any reason you are not satisfied, let us know! We will email you the return documents.

 

If you want to simply return it, send it back to us in the way you prefer and when it arrives we will refund the amount you paid excluding shipping costs.

 

If you need to change size instead, return the item and as soon as it arrives we will send you the new size.

 

The costs for returning the product are at your expense. The costs of shipping the right size are at our expense.

 

We remind you that the product must be in perfect condition, it must not have been used, the casings and any accessory equipment must be present. Exactly how you received it.

 

5) How can I pay for my purchases?

 

To make your life easier, we have thought of different payment methods. You can choose between:

 

  • Bank transfer - together with the order confirmation you will receive the coordinates.
  • Cash on delivery - pay only when the product arrives directly to the courier. This mode implies an increase of 5% of the total value for a minimum of € 5.00.
  • Paypal - electronic and secure method that allows you to pay with your credit card. You will be directed directly to the site where you will have to register for free in order to make the payment. This mode implies a 3.4% increase in paypal commissions.
  • Postepay recharge - is the rechargeable credit card of the Italian post office. The coordinates arrive with the order confirmation email and you can top up in the following ways:
    • In post offices
      • With cash payment
      • With a Postamat Maestro card
      • Transferring money from one postepay card to another
    • At the Postamat automatic teller machines (ATMs)
      • With a Postamat Maestro card
      • By transferring money from one postepay card to another
      • By transferring money from an Inps Card
      • Using any payment card enabled for international Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard or Maestro
    • On the website www.poste.it (if you are registered)
      • By debiting the amount on the BancoPosta Account
      • By transferring money from one postepay card to another

6) How much does the shipping cost?

 

Shipping costs from € 10.00 for all of Italy.

 

In case of cash on delivery, the courier fee will be required equal to 5% of the total value of the order for a minimum of € 5.00.
