Sportmission recognizes the right of return as required by current legislation. The deadline foreseen by the law to exercise this right is 10 days but, to guarantee a better service we have decided to offer 30 days !

If within this period you decide to desist from your purchase you will need to contact us by email at:

We will reply by sending a return document via email, consequently you will have to send the goods back in the way you prefer.

To exercise the right of return it is necessary that:

- inform us of your desire to make use of the right of return in the manner described above;

- the purchased good is intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ...);

- the product is returned within the times and in the manner described above. The delivery costs are charged to the buyer;

The goods arrived at our warehouse will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

Once the goods have arrived and verified that everything is in perfect condition, you can choose between the following possibilities:

- purchase voucher which must be used within one year of its generation, under penalty of forfeiture of the credit;

- replacement of the goods;

- re-credit of the money in the same way in which the payment was made. The refund refers to the price of the purchased product excluding shipping costs and will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Return / Exchange of goods

In any case of return, the transport costs will be charged to the customer, if the product has to be changed, the transport costs to get the goods back will be charged to the customer and those to return the product will be charged to Sportmission.
