Tax Free

Customers residing abroad (EXTRACEE) have the right to be reimbursed for the Value Added Tax, "VAT". Once the purchase has been made, we will send the necessary information to the Italian Customs, once you reach the border you will have to go to the competent office for the necessary procedures. The Italian Customs system will inform us of your passage and consequently we will reimburse you 22% of the amount you spent, using the method you prefer.

Warranty

Being an official dealer, with VAT number, address and telephone number published, and a reference point of sale, all products supplied by Sport Mission have a 1-year original warranty from the manufacturer or importer.

The invoice date of the goods is valid for the warranty.

To make use of the warranty on a purchased product, simply contact our Customer Service.

The WARRANTY covers the repair or free replacement of the components or parts of the equipment recognized by the respective manufacturers as faulty in manufacturing or in the material. This warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage resulting from loss, use of the product, or improper use of the product.

We decline any responsibility for any damage that may, directly or indirectly, derive from people, things or animals as a result of failure to observe the requirements indicated in the appropriate manuals.

The warranty DOES NOT APPLY to damages caused by negligence, incorrect use and usage NOT CONFORM to the warnings and indications reported in the instruction manual, from misuse, from mistreatment, from deterioration, from lightning, atmospheric phenomena, overvoltages and overcurrents, to adaptation or the modification, or damage caused by incorrect use or in CONTRADICTION WITH THE TECHNICAL AND/OR SAFETY MEASURES REQUIRED.

Money Back Guarantee

Sport Mission recognizes the right of withdrawal as required by current legislation. The deadline of this legislation to make use of this right is 10 days, however, let's go further and we'll offer you 30 days!

 

Within this period of time you will need to contact us by fax or e-mail giving us communication, if you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

You will receive a return document via email and you will have to send the goods back to us in the manner chosen by you.

 

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:

- you inform us of the wish to avail of the right of withdrawal in the manner described above;

  • the purchased good is intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...);

  • the product is returned in the times and in the manner described above. The delivery costs are at your expense.

  • the goods once arrived at our warehouse, will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

Once the goods have arrived and verified that it is in perfect condition, you can choose between the following possibilities:

- a purchase voucher that must be spent within one year of its generation, otherwise the credit will lapse

- replacement of the goods

- re-crediting the money in the same manner in which the payment was made. The refund refers to the price of the product, not the shipping costs and will be made within 30 days from the receipt of the returned goods.

 

Return of goods/Returns/Exchange

In all cases of return of goods, transport costs are charged to the customer.

 

In case of change of goods, the transport costs to deliver the product in our warehouse is charged to the customer. Instead, the transport costs to get to you again are the responsibility of Sport Mission.

 

Refunds

In case a product ordered is no longer available and we can not find a valid substitute, we will try to get you the refund.

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made within 30 days.

Delivery times and methods
Sport Mission reserves a working day for the retrieval of the goods, the packing, and the completion of the necessary administrative procedures. In case the product is not available you will be notified about the time needed to get it from our suppliers.

To this day we must add the time taken by the courier for delivery (24 to 48 hours depending on the location, on the islands it is possible that the courier takes one more day).

GLS does not notify you by telephone before making the delivery and makes deliveries during office hours.

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a paper notice and an e-mail will also be sent to you. The goods will remain in the branch for a total of 5 days within which the customer is required to make arrangements for a new delivery. The courier will attempt delivery the next day. The addressee may contact the courier reference branch to request that the goods be kept in the branch and then personally collect them at the headquarters.

Delivery is made to the street number indicated on the ground floor, the delivery service is not carried out on the upper floors.

After 5 unsuccessful attempts the goods will be returned to Sport Mission. For a second shipment we will be forced to request shipping costs.

Sport Mission assumes no responsibility for any delays in deliveries caused by the courier.

 

How to behave at the delivery of the product

(remember to give these directives to those who will receive the package)

When the courier makes the delivery you will have to check:

  • that the package is intact, not damaged or wet and in any case complies with the standard characteristics of a package.

  • that the number of packages indicated on the invoice corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered.

  • for safety always place on the delivery note "Acceptance with reservations"

  • any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier, in the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly.

  • the invoice, inserted in the document holder pocket of the package, must be kept.

 

How to behave in case of damage due to transport

If there is evident damage to the packaging when the goods are unloaded:

  • Express a reservation or the package is accepted. However before signing the document you will have to write "I accept with reserve". If you find any damage after opening the package, you then will be compensated for the damage suffered.

  • Reject the damaged goods, if it is not possible to accept the package with reserve or in case the damage is anyhow visible without having to open the package.

Cash on delivery:

  • Payment by cash on delivery means payment in cash to the courier upon delivery of the products.

    In the event of amounts exceeding € 1000.00 the courier will contact the customer the day before to ask for the balance of the order by Circular Check (send fax of the Circular Check to the courier), as it does not assume the responsibility of transporting cash over € 1000.00. The Circular Check must be in the name of the courier.

    In the case of high amounts, Sport Mission reserves the right to request a part of the amount by bank transfer in advance.

     

    Payments by bank transfer:

    With paying by bank transfer the goods will be sent only after verifying the crediting of our current account.

    The reason for reporting on the bank transfer must indicate: the name and surname of the originator and the order number.

    At the current state of the banking system, the reclaimed amount is credited to the beneficiary's current account not earlier than 3/5 working days from the date of execution of the same.

    Before making the payment, it is good to inquire through the Customer Assistance Service, if the goods are available.

    If we do not receive the payment within 5 working days after the order, the order will be canceled.
