The Duotone BLAST is a windsurfing board developed to give you maximum performance, but with minimum effort, capable of maintaining control over the widest possible wind range. BLAST follows the VOLUME YET CONTROL CONCEPT. This means you can easily choose a larger 10L board than other brands without losing any control in overpowered conditions. By gaining a few more liters, the board feels more stable underfoot in non-planing conditions, and starts planing sooner than boards with fewer liters without compromising high-end performance and control. Furthermore, thanks to the thin rails, the BLAST can be jibed aggressively in expert hands, but is also easy and smooth for intermediate riders thanks to the wide tail. This allows you consistent progression through all levels of the jibe process, without ever "outgrowing" the board. And finally, racer/boxier rails and an additional external strap position allow the rider to push harder to fly the board over the fin for greater top speed. Cutouts on the tail further reduce drag when you're going full speed to give you an edge over your friends.
