Technical information

The SILVER series booms are produced using BONDED.TECHNOLOGY with a high-tech 7075 aluminum; famously used in high-tech mountain bikes. This material makes the booms 30% stiffer than common aluminum tubes. In combination with the further reinforced front tube which offers 20% higher stiffness, the new SILVER SERIES offers enormous benefits in terms of durability. We are so convinced by this technology that we are giving a full 2 ​​year warranty, including folding! The SILVER Series body consists of 3 segments and features a one-piece alloy tail plus iFRONT 2.0, the lightest front-end on earth. The length-specific RDM tubes with 28mm or 30mm diameter (starting at 180cm) combine very high stiffness with great comfort. The NewSchool folding curve in lengths 140, 150 and 160 cm ensures even traction on the front and back. In addition, the entire SILVER SERIES line is equipped with our exclusive iTAIL.WAVE.FITTING which guarantees perfect alignment of the rope without friction (patent pending). Another novelty is PROTECTION.GRIP, an extra stiff EVA strip on the outside of the tubes, which effectively prevents damage to the surface during maneuvers. A total of five arm lengths are available with three different curvature curves specific to length and radius, making the SILVER SERIES perfect for all sails from Wave to Performance.
