The Powell Peralta Sidewalk Surfer is the ultimate in cruising ability and pure enjoyment. Based on the shape and look of a surfboard, this complete cruiser carves, turns and rolls in a way that lets you really surf the floor. Rolling on soft, premium 80a urethane wheels with the perfect blend of roll rate and traction, you can connect turns on banks and any tarmac and whiz through the streets of your commute. With classic retro-stained wood graphics, integrated wheel arches and just enough truck not to be too tall but also to totally avoid wheel bite, it's the pinnacle of fun for whatever your purpose. Small enough to grab and go, but big enough to skate with confidence. Graphics are based on the 1979 "Energy For An Empty Tank World" advertisement, Art Director Craig Stecyk designed a 1991 trade show booth based on a gas station theme complete with vintage pumps, oil cans and 200 hubcaps. The Supreme graphic was created to decorate the décolleté. After the fair, the graphics continued to be used by Powell Peralta on all types of products.
