For 2024, the SUPER_HERO has been redesigned to optimize performance in all conditions. With the SIZE SPECIFIC DESIGN POSITION, sails in sizes 5.0 and above have a slightly higher draft position for easier forward planning and a lighter feel. However, in the smaller sizes, the lowest and most central draft position remains to ensure maximum control. This is why the SUPER_HERO remains THE World Cup wave sail par excellence, always performing optimally in all wave conditions worldwide. The SUPER_HERO continues to sail very smoothly, it is as responsive as a 3 batten sail in buoyant and sailing conditions, but has real grip at the decisive moment. The SUPER_HERO is direct when pumping, plans early, develops real push on the wave, is stable and offers this special neutrality for superior control thanks to its SIZE SPECIFIC DRAFT POSITION. With the LIGHT DONE RIGHT CONSTRUCTION, which in 2022 saw a modified panel layout, reinforcement patches with high-strength high modulus fibers "Made in Germany" and a new shaft sleeve construction, designer Kai Hopf has achieved a weight reduction of a clearly noticeable 200 to 300 g! Unlike other brands, the thickness of the fabric and film used has not been reduced and therefore the well-known durability of the SUPER_HERO is fully maintained! This is exactly why we call it LIGHT DONE RIGHT CONSTRUCTION. Every single dimension of the SUPER_HERO is perfectly tuned and matured down to the last detail. The rotation of the battens remains smooth and smooth even with minimal clew tension, and the upper part works very actively, swallows strong gusts and supports acceleration.
