The Yes Basic UnInc RDM is an enhanced Basic with all the upgrades you want to have on a classic board. It is available in a sintered base camber with the addition of some slamback inserts to make it the allround board par excellence. The UnderBite edges redistribute a rider's weight in such a way as to improve ease of cornering and edge hold. The creation of inward depressions in the binding area reduces and interrupts the surface of the edge in contact with the snow as the board turns. This increases edge pressure by distributing your weight / energy to the areas you need it to - from the binding outward and through the center of the board where the carving arc takes place. This 3 key zone sidecut segmentation focuses your body weight on the areas that initiate, hold and release curves. Creating a lighter and more responsive core than Full Poplar. The poplar + bamboo uses the same durable core, lightens it by replacing 30% of the poplar with Paulownia, and then inserts two bamboo strings along the entire length for added pop and response. The True Sintered base is tougher and more expensive than the extruded and can be faster for those who drive aggressively. But to do this, it needs to be waxed and prepared for local conditions.
