Maarten Van der Laan has been a skiman for over 10 years in Risoul, a ski resort in the French Hautes-Alpes. Thanks to customer feedback and the wishes of local riders, he began in 2010 to bring his ideas to life by tinkering with his first prototypes in his garage.
