In the 70s, on the banks of the Hood River in Oregon, windsurfing enthusiasts eager to improve their navigation made the same observation: why not use the best materials of the moment to create a performing and innovative equipment? The proximity of Seattle and its aviation industry helped. It was enough to divert the technologies, so DYNAFIBER was born. The use of composite materials would have paved the way for great innovations in the windsurfing world that are still used today: high-performance and more solid masts, extensions and increasingly lighter booms. It is through the interest in different technologies, different materials, possible deviations and in a proactive approach, that a turning point can exist in the service of performance. Dynafiber has made all these things a real reason for living.
