Capita Snowboards was founded by Blue Montgomery and Jason Brown in 2000 in a garage in Seattle, Washington, along with friends such as Dustrin Krysak and Corey Smith. Capita Snowboards stands for progressive quality and sustainable materials, which are still durable and give you that kind of extra energy. From the start, Capita Snowboards' graphics have been controversial, often collaborating with artists such as TJ Schneider or Corey Smith (who previously both have Capita riders). Over time, however, the graphics of the tables have evolved and opinions have changed. Until today, where the graphics of the Captia boards have become an important strength. The Mothership (the factory where the boards are built) is one of the best companies with zero environmental impact. Produces clean energy; generates the energy required for the production processes and the building's operation internally via a hydro-activated NH3 thermal energy system, in concert with the newly installed solar array array. The Motership continually invests in energy systems because it understands that it has a duty to refine and improve manufacturing processes to help preserve the winters we love so much. the Motership is unashamedly proud that self-produced clean energy is used to power all functions of The Mothership, from board presses to light switch knobs.
