Ezzy

In 1983 David Ezzy made his first windsurf sail with the eagle logo in black and white thus giving way to Ezzy Sails. He started his construction business on Maui in an old warehouse that has since become an elegantly designed loft. Back then, custom sails were the means of success for any serious sailor and Ezzy Sails led the sailing revolution. Ezzy made sails renowned for their "Hookipa" characteristics: strength and power. Ezzy collaborated in the 1980s in the production of North Sail sails, including those used by world champion Stephan Van den Berg. In the early 90's David Ezzy returned to develop Ezzy Sails full time sails, leading the company to grow more and more by selling its products all over the world. Today Ezzy Sails is one of the most renowned associated companies in the world of windsurfing.
