OJ Wheels

Founded in 1977, OJ Wheels stood out from the start with a bright orange urethane and shape designed specifically for skateparks. After several decades, OJ Wheels produces skateboard urethane for any terrain. Fast, loose and always fun, OJ Wheels are a trademark of NHS inc. The most popular wheels at the time were made by Bones and Sims. Sims had a wheel called Juice, the name OJ is clearly a cheap deal to their competitor. OJs were first launched on the market around 1977 and were famous for their original orange urethane. Over the years OJ wheels have created many specific shapes for skateboarding and various disciplines such as street, park, vert, slalom and freestyle. In the 1980s the OJs were one of the most popular wheels released under the OJ II Elites, Bullets and Slimeballs banner and joined the other NHS "Speed ​​Wheels" brands. OJ has also partnered with Christian Hosoi to create a line of OJ Hosoi Rockets. The classic OJ Wheel shapes feature a tapered front and radial rear design. OJ disappeared from the market for a few years in the late 1980s. NHS gave the OJ brand another boost a few years ago and today has a line of wheels with new shapes and formulas.
